Creating my questionnaire

I decided to use Google Forms to create my questionnaire and I have composed a number of detailed questions. I will post this questionnaire on tumblr, facebook and twitter so that I can get a wide range of answers. I chose this layout because it's quick, easy to use and simple for the audience to answer. It will give me clear results at the end of the questionnaire too.

    add some comments about how you met/complied with questionnaire design - in terms of structure and content - also state what you hope to find out and why you chose this instrument
